How can I check my order status? 

When you place an order with us we want to ensure our service continues with our courier, Royal Mail. Only (tracked) delivery options can allow you to follow your parcel here.

I’m not going to be in, can I arrange a re-delivery?

With tracked delivery methods, Royal Mail allows you to pick another option; either to collect from an available shop; deliver to a safe place; deliver to a neighbour or change the delivery day altogether. If you return home and you delivery has been missed, the driver will attempt a second delivery at a later date or leave a red letter to arrange redelivery. 

How can I change or cangel an existing order 

Your legal right to cancel a Contract starts from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation (the date on which we email you to confirm our acceptance of your order), which is when the Contract is formed. Your deadline for changing or cancelling the Contract is set out below:

How long is the cancellation period:

The end date is the end of 28 days after the day on which you receive the Product. 

For example: if we provide you with a Dispatch Confirmation on 1 January and you receive the Product on 10 January you may cancel at any time between 1 January and the end of the day on 28 January provided the product is unopened.

To change or cancel a Contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to change or cancel. The easiest way to do this is to direct message us a picture of your order confirmation and query on Instagram.

How long can I wait until I apply for a refund?

Provided the item is unopened or qualifies with one of our terms, you can apply for a refund 28 days after it is delivered.
